Clorosilanes
Chlorosilanes are very important chemical reagents in organosilicon chemistry, and their main functions are reflected in many fields such as silanization reaction, surface modification, polymer synthesis, catalytic reaction, etc. By controlling the reaction conditions, chlorosilanes can be used to synthesize a variety of organosilicon compounds, which are widely used in materials science, electronics industry, drug synthesis, coatings and other fields.
