DBCO

The reaction of DBCO with azide is one of the most common click chemistry reactions. The reaction is usually carried out under mild conditions and is efficient and selective. This makes DBCO an ideal reagent in a variety of synthetic strategies. DBCO performs well in biomolecule labeling and can bind to antibodies, proteins or other biomacromolecules. This property makes it widely used in cell imaging, analysis and tracking. DBCO can also be used to construct targeted drug delivery systems
