Org. Field- Effect Transistor

An organic field-effect transistor is an electronic device that utilizes an organic semiconductor as the active material in its channel region. OFETs have the advantages of low-cost production, flexibility, and compatibility with large-area processing techniques. Due to their ability to operate efficiently under mechanical deformation and low voltage, they have found applications in flexible displays, wearable electronics, radio frequency identification (RFID) tags, and sensors.
