Alkyne PEG

Alkynyl PEGs are a class of PEG linkers containing triple bonds that are reactive toward azide groups under mild conditions. Alkynyl PEGs are widely used in click chemistry, bioconjugation, biolabeling, chemical biology, and antibody-drug conjugation (ADC). There are several different alkyne-containing functional groups, such as propyne, DBCO (dibenzocyclooctyne), and BCN (bicyclo[6.1.0]nonyne). The PEG arm increases the hydrophilicity of these linkers.
