Nucleotide: composed of nucleoside and phosphate, it is the basic unit of DNA and RNA and has important energy and signal transduction functions. Oligonucleotide: short-chain nucleic acid, commonly used in molecular biology techniques such as gene research, gene editing, and gene silencing.
