Shipping Rates Policies
If you provide a FedEx account number, you will be charged the shipping cost by FedEx independently according to your agreement with FedEx. For products that require dry ice transportation, we will increase the shipping charge according to domestic logistics policies.
A handling fee of $8 will be charged for each order.
Domestic
Domestic orders are delivered by FedEx
The following is our standard delivery methods and shipping and handling fee, for the 48 states.
Shipping fees to Hawaii and Alaska will be $50.00 for packages under 1KG.
For purchases of no more than 10 TLC, the shipping cost is $25 each. For purchases of more than 10 TLC, the shipping cost is $20 each (except for CS-E0008 and CS-E0032, which are charged as normal products).

International
International orders are delivered by FedEx.
It usually takes about 2 - 5 business days for FedEx to deliver to a foreign country.
Please contact FedEx directly for more accurate estimation.
International shipping charges an insurance fee of $1 for every $100 spent on shipments exceeding $300 (including Hawaii and Alaska).
The Shipping fee is $50.00 for packages under 1KG.($10 for each additional 0.5kg)
You may select to use your own FedEx account for delivery. Please clearly specify the delivery method on your order form.
HazMat Fee
An item is classified as a dangerous good if our website displays Hazardous Material (HazMat) information for it. There is a HazMat shipping fee for each item that qualifies as a dangerous good, except in the following scenarios:
The shipment is processed through FedEx Ground under the Limited Quantity option.
Each bottle is packed as an Excepted Quantity, with a maximum of 1g for items in class 6.1 packing group I or II, and up to 25g for all other hazardous materials.
If shipping is charged to your FedEx account, the HazMat fee will be billed directly by the courier. Otherwise, the fee will be included on your invoice. To help you avoid the HazMat fee, we can package a 5g order of a class 6.1 packing group I or II material as five separate 1g units, and a 100g order of any other dangerous good as four 25g units. This packaging adjustment will be made unless you instruct otherwise on your purchase order. Below, you will find the fee schedule from FedEx for handling hazardous materials.
