Return and Exchange Invoice Policy
1.Explanation of handling related invoice issues
The refund type processed by the refund center is a single modification of the company name, tax number, account number, address, and other information of the invoice; If you need to make long-term changes to the above information, we suggest that you contact our customer service before placing an order, and the account manager will complete the system information update for you.
If there is a price error on the invoice: Please confirm the correct price with the customer service and explain the correct modification method in the invoice processing requirements column of the refund application form.
Refunds caused by return complaints: Please indicate the order number and the product number involved in the complaint in the invoice processing requirements column.
If the return is due to an issue on your end, a 15% restocking fee of products value will be applied.
If any issue arises due to our products or services, we will offer a free return.
If the refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we can issue a credit memo instead.
