Branched PEG

Branched PEG is a type of multi-arm PEG that can be 3 or 4 arms and is widely used in bioconjugation, such as the research and development of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Branched PEG allows antibodies to attach higher concentrations of ADC payloads, improving DAR ratios and DMPK without compromising the properties of the antibody. The branched PEG segments also improve the water solubility of the drug.
