Phosphoramidite

Phosphoramidites are a class of compounds containing phosphorus (P) and nitrogen (N). The molecular structure of phosphoramidites usually contains a phosphorus atom connected to a nitrogen atom, where the phosphorus atom is usually bridged by an oxygen or nitrogen atom to form a phosphorus -nitrogen bond.
